Thanks to a highly efficient feeding device, a wide air separation system, adjustment of the height and angle of the suction cup, the time of lifting the stack, the SANWA TRP-1060-SE AXIA automatic press works with a very wide and demanding range of materials (paper, IML foil, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, plastic, etc.).

A sheet synchronization system leading to the front markers allows for correction and fine adjustment of the sheet while the machine is running. Thanks to this system, it is possible to ensure accurate gripping of sheets, regardless of the quality of the material currently being processed.

The three-cam gripper drive system, developed by Sanwa engineers, provides the highest sheet movement stability in the machine over a wide basis weight range. The speed of the grippers is optimized for the minimum possible load on the sheet. Due to the unique characteristics of smooth acceleration and deceleration of sheets, the number and width of so-called “bridges” are reduced to an absolute minimum. The sheets are precisely positioned immediately before die cutting, after which the waste is removed and the blanks are assembled into stacks.

The automatic press is equipped with a system of four knee levers, which ensures an ideal distribution of the pressure force over the entire surface of the tabletop; pneumatic clutch and safety system for driving the crucible; a touch monitor for controlling various functions of the machine; manual clamping system of the perforation plate and cutting plate and manual adjustment of the contact pressure from the wheel.

The cleaning mechanism automatically removes external and internal waste according to the box layout. The upper frame is of the “honeycomb” type, equipped with a system of quick-change push pins. The lower aluminum frame is adapted for installation outside the machine, equipped with spring pins of different diameters, designed for a variety of the most difficult jobs. There is also a central cleaning board to stabilize the process.

Sheets are stacked on the pallet at all speeds of the machine thanks to the alignment of the sheet on four sides. Stack aligners can be adjusted to any format. Rear and side levelers are movable to form perfectly aligned stacks.
