This modification allows you to work with a wide range of materials, from very low base density paper to rigid cardboard, corrugated cardboard, plastic materials, IML foil and other. The suction system along the entire length of the machine ensures very precise transportation of the sheet, which reduces the time for positioning the sheet at all stages of the technological process. In the case of thin materials, the system ensures the straightening of the back edge of the sheet, which has a tendency to curl due to its weight.

Sheet transportation control is carried out along the entire length of the machine through optoelectronic sensors. If, for any reason, the material is missed or damaged during transportation, the system will automatically record such an event, stop the machine, provide information on the remote control about the location of the photocell and sound an alarm.

Automatic Pressure Control (APC) — ensures a constant (setpoint) crucible pressure throughout the manufacturing process, regardless of changes in the material’s coefficient of expansion as temperature changes. The crucible balance system is an innovative system that allows you to lift only one side of the crucible, from the side of the sheet grip, thereby causing an even distribution of forces over the entire surface of the tabletop. This idea was proposed by Sanwa engineers in order to reduce the time required to prepare the sheets. In addition, the system eliminates the need to use compensating knives, extending the service life of the dies.
