SANWA TRP-820-SE SOPHIA
Automatic cutting machine SANWA TRP-820-SE SOPHIA provides high productivity, has a compact design and is easy to manage. Thanks to the highly efficient feeding device (developed by Sanwa engineers in cooperation with the printing machine manufacturer Mistubishi), it allows the use of a wide and demanding range of materials: thin paper, foil, cardboard, corrugated board, plastic and other materials. It has a wide air separation system and allows you to adjust the height and angle of the suction cup for different types of materials.
A sheet gripping system that leads to the front markers allows the sheet to be adjusted and fine-tuned while the machine is running, regardless of the quality of the material being processed. Standard set are two side tags with dual-sheet sensors that operate in pull and push modes. Fine adjustment of leader marks according to the sheet format is available.
210-step sheet transport system. The three-cam gripper drive system, developed by Sanwa engineers, provides the highest sheet movement stability in the machine over a wide base weight range. The speed of the grippers is optimized for the minimum possible load on the sheet. Due to the unique characteristics of smooth acceleration and deceleration of sheets, the number and width of so-called “bridges” are reduced to an absolute minimum. Sheets are accurately based directly in front of the die plate, the waste removal kit and are stably folded. As a result, for various materials and at any speed of work, we get high precision of die cutting.
The removal mechanism automatically removes all external and internal waste according to the box layout. The upper frame is of the “honeycomb” type, equipped with a system of quick-change pins. The lower aluminum frame is adapted for installation outside the machine, equipped with spring pins of different diameters, designed for a variety of the most difficult jobs. The central cleaning board ensures stabilization of the process.
Sheets are stacked on the pallet at all speeds of the machine thanks to the alignment of the stack of paper on four sides. Paper stack aligners can be adjusted to any format. Rear and side aligners are movable to form a perfectly even foot. The non-stop feeding system is equipped with a curtain and has a mechanical and pneumatic sheet brake. An advanced lane injector that is connected to the non-stop system and automatic desktop operation.
